Smart Energy have been informed that in March 2019 GDGC who issue insurance backed warranties to the ECO industry have removed several insulation manufacturers from their Quality assurance framework due to non compliance. Currently for internal wall insulation only 3 product manufacturers are approved: SWIP Internal Wall Insulation, Wetherby Building Solutions & British Gypsum. Smart Energy have made sure our installers have now been through extensive training with all 3 of these manufacturers and are fully compliant with the standards set.
